Availability: Our services are primarily offered to CTD Members. However, we also provide outstanding travel solutions to non-members.

Payment and Response Time:

1. We will commence processing your request upon receipt of payment.

2. Our response time is within 24 hours for booking requests and 72 hours for itinerary requests by email.

Fee Refund Policy:

Please be aware that our service fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
